2. Service Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while also respecting the time and effort our consultants dedicate to preparing for each appointment.

2.1 Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More in Advance

If you need to cancel your appointment and provide us with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time, you will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking.

To cancel your appointment, please contact us via email or phone using the contact information provided on our website. We will send you a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed and your refund has been initiated.

2.2 Cancellations Made Between 24-48 Hours in Advance

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

This cancellation fee helps compensate for the preparation time our consultants have already invested in your appointment and the difficulty of filling the time slot on short notice.

2.3 Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of the full payment. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.

We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have an exceptional situation, please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances. We will review each case individually and may make exceptions at our sole discretion.

2.4 No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a no-show, and you will forfeit the full payment for the service. No refund or credit will be issued for no-show appointments.

We invest significant time in preparing for each consultation, and no-shows prevent us from offering that time slot to other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and that of other clients.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment time rather than cancel entirely. We are happy to accommodate rescheduling requests whenever possible, subject to availability.

3.1 Rescheduling 48 Hours or More in Advance

If you need to reschedule your appointment and provide at least 48 hours notice, we will work with you to find a new date and time that works for both parties. There is no fee for rescheduling with adequate notice, and your payment will be applied to the new appointment date.

3.2 Rescheduling Less Than 48 Hours in Advance

Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost. This fee helps offset the administrative costs and lost opportunity associated with last-minute changes.

We will make every effort to accommodate your rescheduling request, but please note that availability may be limited, especially during peak times. If we cannot find a suitable alternative date within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose to cancel and receive a refund according to our cancellation policy.

3.3 Maximum Rescheduling Attempts

Each booking may be rescheduled up to two times. If you need to reschedule a third time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and our standard cancellation policy will apply based on the timing of your cancellation notice.

4. Refund Process

When you are eligible for a refund according to this policy, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Here is what you can expect:

4.1 Refund Timeline

Once your cancellation has been approved and processed, refunds will be initiated within 2-3 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the booking. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4.2 Refund Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or to a different person than the original purchaser. If there are any issues with processing your refund to the original payment method, please contact us immediately so we can work with you to find a solution.

4.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the circumstances of your cancellation. Partial refunds will be calculated according to the terms outlined in this policy and will be processed in the same manner as full refunds.

5. Service Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality wardrobe consultation services and ensuring your satisfaction. However, please note that due to the personalized and time-based nature of our services, we cannot offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction after a service has been completed.

5.1 Service Quality Concerns

If you have concerns about the quality of service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We take all feedback seriously and will work with you to address any legitimate concerns. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer a complimentary follow-up session or other appropriate remedy.

5.2 Consultant Cancellations

In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to consultant illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

If we cancel your appointment, we will make every effort to provide you with alternative options, including offering appointments with other available consultants if appropriate. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience.

6. Digital Products and Materials

Some of our services include digital products such as lookbooks, style guides, or personalized recommendations delivered electronically. Please note the following regarding these materials:

6.1 No Refunds After Delivery

Once digital materials have been delivered to you via email or other electronic means, they are considered received and cannot be returned. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for services that include digital deliverables after those materials have been sent to you.

6.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading digital materials, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any technical issues and ensure you receive the materials you paid for. Technical difficulties on our end will not affect your eligibility for a refund if you choose to cancel before receiving the materials.

7. Package Services

If you have purchased a package that includes multiple sessions or services, the following terms apply:

7.1 Unused Sessions

If you have purchased a package and wish to cancel before all sessions have been completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund for unused sessions. The refund will be calculated based on the individual session price minus any package discount you received.

7.2 Package Expiration

Service packages must be used within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase, typically within 6-12 months. Unused sessions that expire will not be eligible for refunds. We will send you reminder notifications as your package expiration date approaches.

8. Gift Certificates and Promotional Credits

Special terms apply to services purchased with gift certificates or promotional credits:

8.1 Gift Certificate Refunds

If you cancel a service that was purchased with a gift certificate, the refund will be issued as a credit toward future services rather than a cash refund. This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

8.2 Promotional Discounts

If you received a promotional discount on your service and you cancel, any refund will be based on the discounted price you actually paid, not the regular service price.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or other force majeure events that prevent us from providing services, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment or provide a full refund at your option.
