We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

5. Bookings and Payments

When you book a consultation or service through our website, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a full refund.

No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Activities
